Why IHA Vietnam exists

Vietnam's hospitality industry is expanding rapidly into emerging regional tourism communities. While major cities like HCMC, Da Nang, and Hanoi have established training resources, young talent in emerging tourism regions lacks access to structured, practical service training.

This talent gap holds back regional businesses and limits opportunities for local youth. Many beginners are motivated but lack the service standards, hospitality English, and guest-facing confidence required by high-end hospitality employers.

IHA Vietnam is built as a practical training network and workforce pipeline to close that regional gap.
