Coffee Country Hospitality Track
Because our first pilot centers are planned for Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku/Gia Lai, IHA Vietnam will include a Coffee Country Hospitality Track as one of its signature regional programs. This track focuses on cafe service, Vietnamese coffee culture, coffee tourism service, guest explanation, hospitality English, and customer experience.
This is one program lane inside IHA Vietnam’s broader hospitality and service training model.
