- System-Derived Pathway & Profile Data: Information submitted through digital forms may generate internal pathway alignments (primary pathway, supporting tracks), follow-up priority categories (e.g. High Intent, Exploring), and audience segment labels (e.g. Career Starter, Mobility Seeker) to organize inquiries and route communications. Derived categories are for internal inquiry management only and are not used for admission scoring, eligibility determinations, automated decision-making, or pricing.

Learner Waitlist Privacy Treatment
Important operational boundaries regarding the Founding Student Waitlist:
- Joining the waitlist records your interest in a specific IHA learner pathway.
- Joining the waitlist does NOT confirm program enrollment, guarantee admission, or reserve a physical seat.
- Joining the waitlist requires NO payment or financial deposit.
- Information submitted is used solely to record learner interest and manage information submitted through the learner waitlist. Submitting an entry does not establish an automated cohort notification promise.
Employer & Business Inquiries
Information submitted through the Employer Training Inquiry form or contact forms is reviewed internally by authorized IHA Vietnam representatives to understand the organization's stated training needs and determine appropriate next steps.
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a binding commercial contract, guarantee a proposal, or mandate consultation delivery. Business contact data is stored securely in public.employer_training_requests and used exclusively to communicate regarding corporate training feasibility.
Data Sharing
IHA Vietnam does NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
Personal data is processed only through trusted technical infrastructure providers necessary to operate our website and digital services:
- Database Services (Supabase): Encrypted database infrastructure for waitlist entry persistence (
public.student_waitlist), employer training requests (public.employer_training_requests), contact messages (public.contact_messages), and CTA tracking logs (public.waitlist_cta_events). - Web Hosting & Form Processing (Netlify): Static content delivery, secure SSL/TLS web hosting, online form processing, and secure transmission/storage of website form submissions (including
assessment-leadrecords). - Legal & Regulatory Disclosure: Information may be disclosed if required by applicable Vietnamese law, court order, or governmental authority.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
