International Hospitality Academy Vietnam is planning a hands-on flagship training HQ in Ho Chi Minh City where students can practice real hospitality skills, service confidence, communication, and workplace habits before stepping into professional service environments.
Facility design, final location, and launch timeline are subject to site selection, legal review, and operational readiness.

Hands-on learning is the cornerstone of our philosophy because it bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional excellence. Our planned training zones are being designed as dedicated simulators for Bartending, Dining, Front Desk, and Hotel operations.
The future training HQ will expose students to real-world stressors, from high-volume beverage rushes to complex guest complaints, ensuring that their first day on the job feels like their hundredth day in our facility.

A planned full-service restaurant simulation for practicing the art of table service. Students will manage multi-table rotations, master synchronization, and refine their ability to read guest cues.
Arrival Hub
The future First 15 Seconds training zone. Students will learn to handle complex arrival logistics, manage expectations during waits, and project the ultimate poise that defines luxury hospitality.
Operations Simulator
A planned high-fidelity hotel station for mastering Property Management Systems. Students will practice seamless check-ins while handling concierge requests with grace.
Butler Suite
A future luxury suite concept for training in ultra-high-end butler services, meticulous housekeeping standards, and the choreography of in-room dining and personalized care.
Branding Lab
Beyond physical service, we plan to train students for the digital economy. This lab concept is where future leaders will learn storytelling and the creation of a professional personal brand.
