Overview of conceptual space planning and practical simulation principles for future hospitality training environments at IHA Vietnam.

Planning Status Notice: These space layouts describe future concepts and planning examples only. Physical training centers are currently under development / pilot validation at Center 1 (Long Thành / Nhơn Trạch) and Center 2 (Buôn Ma Thuột). Permanent physical simulation centers do not currently operate at these sites and sites are not open for unscheduled public visits.

Why Simulated Practice Can Be Useful

Practical simulation environments could support repeated practice for learners before entering live operational settings. By practicing service sequences, table presentation, and guest communication in controlled environments, learners may help build confidence and practical familiarity.

Conceptual space layouts allow training programs to focus on practical workflow drills, guest service recovery, and frontline team coordination.
