Do I need experience?
No. Our tracks are built specifically for beginners.
What track should I choose?
Choose the track that matches the daily tasks you prefer: making drinks (Bartending), serving tables (Waitstaff), greeting (Front-of-House), or hotel environments (Hotel Service Basics Track).
How long is training?
The curriculum is based on a 120-hour intensive format. Final schedules are subject to rollout planning.
How much is tuition?
Founding cohort tuition is structured by seat type, ranging from 5,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND per selected 6-week training track. All pricing is subject to rollout planning and operational readiness.
What does the certificate mean?
It is an academy-issued Certificate of Completion verifying you have successfully met our practical service standards and completed the required curriculum.
Will the academy help me find work?
We offer placement support, job-readiness tracking, and introductions to employer partners where legally permitted, but we do not guarantee employment or placement.
Where will training happen?
We anchor our operations in credibility hubs in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi, while delivering pop-up training pilots and regional cohorts directly in emerging tourism cities (starting with two full physical pilot centers in Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku / Gia Lai. Future expansion and test markets may include Da Lat, Nha Trang, and Hoi An).
