4. Guest Problems & Service Recovery
Learn to handle complaints, escalation protocols, difficult guests, and using professional judgment to protect and retain guest relationships.
5. Operational Leadership
Master the pre-shift briefing, checklists, quality control, team coordination during rush periods, handovers, and operational problem solving.
6. Promotion Readiness Simulation (Practical Assessment)
Learners complete a practical leadership simulation acting as a shift supervisor. Scenarios include briefing a team, managing a live service bottleneck, correcting a staff mistake, resolving a complex guest complaint, and completing a manager handover report.
